How does a repair work with you? What do I have to do?
Very easy:
- You select the appropriate repair in our shop and purchase it.
- You will then receive an email with a link where you can decide whether you just want a DHL label or an empty box with packaging material from us.
- You send in your device – either with your own packaging or in the empty box from us.
- We will repair your defective instrument and send it back to you.
How long does the repair take?
- Speedometer repairs : Usually within 3 days .
- Sat nav repairs : Somewhat more complex, takes about 1 to 3 weeks .
You will receive regular updates by email so that you always know where your device is and when it will arrive back to you.
How much does the repair cost?
Most repairs have a fixed price , which you can see directly in the shop. If the fault is unclear, we will prepare a cost estimate . You can then decide whether you want to have the repair carried out or not.
What happens if my device breaks again after repair?
We offer a 12-month guarantee on the repair. If the same problem occurs again, we will fix it free of charge.
Do you repair all control units?
No, we currently repair:
✔ SAAB radio control
✔ ACC climate control
✔ VW California roof control unit
We do not repair other control units or engine control units at the moment.
Can I change my mileage?
No! We do not offer any manipulation of the speedometer .
Do I have to remove the device myself?
Yes, you can either build it yourself or have it done in a workshop. If you are unsure, take a look at YouTube, there are often instructions there.
Order
How can I place an order?
It's easy via our online shop . Choose the right item, put it in your shopping cart and pay securely with PayPal, credit card or bank transfer . If anything is unclear, please send us a Whatsapp or email.
Can I add or remove items from my shopping cart?
Yes, you can change your shopping cart until you confirm your order.
Can I order by phone?
No, we only accept orders through our online shop .
Do I need an account to place an order?
While setting up an account is not required, it will allow you to track your order history, manage saved bills, and checkout faster in the future.

How do I find the right part for my car?
You can use our vehicle selector tool on the website or search by part number, keyword or category.
What if I'm not sure if a part is compatible?
Our customer service will be happy to help you find the right spare part for your vehicle. The best way to do this is via WhatsApp or email.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), debit cards and some online payment methods (e.g. PayPal).
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use secure encryption technology to protect your payment information.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery as a payment option at the moment.
Shipment
What shipping options are available?
We offer standard parcel and small parcel deliveries with DHL.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are included within Germany. This applies to repairs and spare parts. We charge shipping costs for customers from abroad depending on their country of delivery.
How should I pack my device?
Important: No thin Amazon boxes! Your device must be well protected: At least 5 cm of padding on each side . Alternatively, you can request our empty box with filling material.
Can I also pick up my order?
No, we do not offer pickup – everything is handled via shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order later?
As long as your package has not been shipped yet, you can write us a message and we will change or cancel it for you.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we will send you a link via email with the order confirmation. This will allow you to track your package.

What is your return policy?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of return - provided the replacement part is unopened and unused . Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of electronic components that have been installed. You can find detailed return instructions and exceptions on our Return Policy page.
What if the replacement part is defective?
If you received a defective or incorrect part, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
This depends on the reason for the return. Our returns policy will specify who is responsible for return shipping costs.
Technical Questions
Do you have instructions for installation?
Yes, we have our own YouTube series with DIY instructions ! Check it out or follow the steps in the product description. If you need help, you can write to us.
Can I install the spare part myself?
That depends on the spare part. Many parts are suitable for self-installation , but some repairs require specialist knowledge and special tools. If you are unsure, ask a workshop or book a repair with us.
What if I ordered the wrong spare part?
No problem! As long as it is unopened and unused , you can return it within 14 days.
Can I have you install a spare part for me?
Yes, you can have the spare part installed directly by us. We also offer repairs for all spare parts.
Can I buy a spare part for a device that is not listed in the shop?
Not always. If you are looking for a specific part that is not in the shop, just ask. We can get some parts on request.
My display flickers or has pixel errors – is this due to the display or the electronics?
It could be both. In many cases it is the display or the ribbon cable . But sometimes there is also a fault in the device's electronics. If you are unsure, you can send us the device for diagnosis.
Can I test a replacement part and return it if it doesn't fit?
Unfortunately not. Once a replacement part has been fitted, we cannot take it back for safety reasons. If you are unsure whether it will fit, send us a message with your part number or a photo .
